Objectives of the Department

• Teaching – The main objective of this department is to develop skilled epidemiologists through proper teaching and field work.
• Research – To conduct various research activities from epidemiological and public health perspectives.
• Training – To arrange training programs for health personnel emphasizing Epidemiology, Research Methodology, Biostatistics, and other subjects related to the field of Public Health.
• Consultancy – To provide public health-related consultancy services, including academic, research, and health program support.
