Objectives of the Department

• To provide post-graduate level students the opportunity to grasp economic ideas and strategies used in the healthcare business.

• To develop competitive knowledge that can be implemented in their future careers.

• To broaden students' knowledge of economic theory and empirical research in critical areas of health economics.

• To enable students to apply their knowledge to current concerns in health policy, health management, and health care funding.
